I saw the news on that fire, I heard that they wanted to be heard, and they wanted to be remembered.
This is a project that based on the Urumqi fire during COVID -19 under Chinese government policy.
The incident is prohibited to be talk about on Chinese internet, therefore a bunch of people started so called “A4” movement”,
or “white paper protest”.
This project honors people who have been killed during the fire, and also reflects how messages are expressed secretly.
